Rest and Sleep Posture

Sleep represents 1/3 of our lives.


The purpose of sleep is designe to allow our mind and body to heal. To regenerate from physical injuries, aches and pains and heal the mind.


Jim has spent over 5000 hours researching the sleep systems. and has presented over 140 sleep seminars for a European Bed Company.
